By accessing and using RevSightIQ ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RevSightIQ provides revenue intelligence and analytics services for SaaS businesses. The service includes but is not limited to revenue tracking, customer analytics, subscription management, and business intelligence reporting.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. The trial period begins when you create your account and ends 14 days later. No credit card is required for the trial period. You may cancel your account at any time during the trial period.

5. Payment Terms

After the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time by providing notice at least 30 days in advance.

6. Data and Privacy

We take data security and privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RevSightIQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Service.
